The items we sell are used in kitchens for the most part and we do not want to endanger our customer by using these products. If the products we are selling are used, they will come exactly as pictured as we have used only soap and water and elbow grease to clean and enhance them before they are packed up and readied for delivery. I repeat, we will never use ANY product enhancing products. That can be considered criminal and dangerous as it can explode, flame up or emit toxic fumes if used under fire or some other circumstances. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND PART NUMBERS TO VERIFY THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT. EBAY PRE-FILL SOMETIMES CHANGES PARTS NUMBER TO SOMETHING "SIMILAR", BUT MAY NOT BE THE CORRECT PART. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PART NUMBERS ON THE PICTURES BEFORE YOU BUY! Send us your appliance model number and we will check the fit for you, please do not just buy because it looks like yours. Feedback is always left when Feedback is received. Some NEW parts will be shipped inside other boxes for protection. If they say NEW, they will be in OEM boxes, but may be shipped in another box to keep the new part from being damaged during shipment. THE OEM box IF pictured will be exactly as pictured unless damaged during shipping. We do not ship to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to PO or AFO Boxes. Misuse or abuse of returns will be reported. All parts must be returned in sellable/useable original condition or refund may be delayed/not issued or lowered to reflect.
